1 We admitted we were powerless over SAABs - that in our lives we had become hopeless SAABAHOLICS !!!
2. Came to believe that a Turbo Power greater than ourselves could restore us to sanity..(or further down the rabbit hole of madness )
3 Made a decision to turn our will and our lives and our car over to the care of our local SAAB God as we understood Him.for things we could not repair ourselves!
4. Made a searching and fearless moral inventory of ourselves.and parts our Saab needed for anything! Especially trick, desirable speed parts that would give us an illicit thrill whilst speeding in our ground conveyance 5 Admitted to the local saab God?goddess? (common are there really any Saab goddess tuners mechanics ? ), to ourselves and to another human being the exact nature of what was our wrongs with our car and our need to speed 6 Were entirely ready to have a local SAAB god remove all these defects of our saabs character 7 Humbly asked local Saab, god, to remove our saabs shortcomings, we made financial offerings! tithed 10% of our income! as the good book ( service manual commands! ) 8 Made a list of persons we had harmed, because of our incurable Saab addiction and became willing to make amends to them all.(well............. kinda ) 9 Made direct amends to such people wherever possible, except when to do so would injure them or others.or make our Saab slower, less handsome, uglier

10 Continued to take personal vehicular inventory and maintain our saabs meticulously and when we were wrong promptly admitted it.and yet, continued to spend vast sums we could ill afford inflaming the ire of loved ones
11 Sought through prayer and meditation to improve our conscious contact with our local Saab God as we understood Him, praying only for knowledge of His craft, will for us and the power to carry out.all needed repairs expeditiously
12 Having had a spiritual awakening as the result of these steps, we tried to carry this message to SAABAholics and to practice these principles in all our affairs.
