I think the energy density would be too low, even if they covered the whole top of the boat with panels... not sure, have not tried to calculate, but you were saying 80A at 220V to charge overnight... that's quite a bit of power (around 140kW assuming 8hrs). Not sure the supercharger power density, or how that correlates... but lets say you got 15W/sqft solar cell power density, that's close to 10000sqft of solar panel needed to charge 1 car for 8hrs... so it's not realistic.
Solar powered cars exist, but they aren't fast, large, or useful... generally don't pull more than the lightest engineering student on the race team.
That said, knocking 200 miles off a drive by parking a car solves the charging problem anyway. Biggest problem is the ferry schedule. Waiting for the ferry is boring.
