With respect, when you have so much stuff you think you need another entire building to store it then it might be time to downsize. I assume you’d want a load-bearing concrete floor, water, power, heating/cooling, etc. so I simply cannot see the payback on what almost surely would be an investment of $75K or more.
Here in SoCal so many people buy enormous motor homes for north of $250K and then build sheds to store them for another $75K-$100K (or more!). That amount of money buys an awful lot of hotel nights on the beach without worrying about a depreciating vehicle and other sunken costs.
If you must, price out small garage space rentals in an industrial part of town.
