Just sold a one-of-a-kind restored (older restoration) 1959 24' Chris Craft twin 286 with every option offered by CC when it was built. It sat for two years waiting for a buyer and it was let go for under $12k

Many years ago I sold a 1965 36' Chris Craft Cavalier double cabin which I had restored over a 4 year period. I had lived on it for 4 years after the restoration, so the resto was 4 years old (including new power(twin 350), new 110 and 12v electric, new water system, new 16k BTU A/C, etc, etc, etc...sold for $43k in three days.

I see several around here that have sat for sale in 'decent' shape in the 12-25k range lowered to 3500-7k....
