I understand many elements over the past few years. I understand hydrino catalysis - as an example. I can show that the atomic levels and equations make sense and am trying to hand derive the ionization energies through the periodic table (stuck there). Mills work unifies all physics and it will take 20+years for mankind to plow through this. You obviously have not read the work.
In terms of experimental data - I know all the important experimental papers and you cannot enter a room with me and leave anything but convinced there is something call a hydrino that shows extreme high energy light that is not possible via any known chemical reaction known.
There are probably tens of researchers working on it, but no cohesive effort - I want to bring that together - its a huge effort.
Immediate opportunity: I have a subproject to explicitly codify and explain the way the spin of the electron works - because that is ground zero of the understanding. The chemical and molecular work comes from that.
If you want to help with this process, which is world critical let's talk.
