All new Saabs are to be cross platform vehicles with GM/Opel platforms. I never liked the NG900 and 9-3 cars. They lack the grace of the C900 cars. The 9-5 is a fantastic car and a true Saab, engineered by Saab with, I believe, a wholly Saab design.
S69 T5: I like it. It looks fat (not Phat, but wide-fat). Would I buy one? No. Would I buy one over a 9-3? Yes. I'll skip both and buy a 330ci or an A4 2.8Q.
