A bit of rain and wind

So this weekend I drove back from
w.Switzerland to e.Switzerland where
I live. ( Visit to wife parents )
On the way back a Audi A6 4.2 aparently
had gone out of control, the car was being
loaded on a truck as it was seriously damaged
on the passenger side. At the time of the crash
the was heavy rain and strong winds. I guess the
driver decided to rely on ESP to outwit the laws
of physics. ( Aparently that don't work so well )
Then a bit further a Civic a VW Polo and a Renault
Clio had managed to all spin out of the freeway, the
police was there and the Civic and the Polo were both
totaled. The Renault got lucky and it seems that he
only damaged his suspensions and wheels. Considering that
those 3 cars crashed on a feeway going uphill for a while
they must have done something real dumb.
Those were 4 crashes on a 20 mile stretch, considering everything
I guess it shows that the recuced speed is the best you can do
in such a weather, no matter what you drive.
Regards,
Coolknight
