When I first posed my questions, little did I realize the quality and depth of the responses. Many thanks to all the responders, and a special thanks to Joe for the education on fasteners and torque wrenches. As a result, I put antiseize on only the wheel hub (not the flange) and torqued the lug bolts to 80 ft-lbs...dry. Happy Holidays!
