In the present Aero you can turn the TCS on and off. In the pictures of the new Aero there's an ESP button in place of the TCS button - so presumably the ESP can be turned on and off as well.
So, you have the choice - but, of course, if you never wish to use the ESP it would be a waste of money having it as standard equipment ...
