“The Stelvio was crash tested in July 2017 by Euro NCAP, with a score of 97%...five star results…the Stelvio did exceptionally well…near perfect 97% score matching that of the Volvo XC90”
A guy from Denmark owns this. They just moved in next to our extension office. He works for a plastics injection mold company from Milwaukee WI. They opened an office down here because all the auto manufacturers in the region.
We are in Greenville SC. BMW and Michelin have been here a long time. Mercedes & Volvo have pants near Charleston SC. Freightliner and Diamler are near Charlotte NC. The three biggest reasons BMW is here: no unions, state incentives, and the deep water port in Charleston. It’s an export plant, not just for the US market.
Also lots of tier 1 suppliers in the area: Bosch, ZF transmission, Magna, Sage Interiors, Borg Warner, Denso, etc.
