Almost 12k miles on my 2017 Ti Sport RWD. Its been great. Lots of alfas in southern california. Neighbor 3 doors down has a Stelvio. I see one (that isn't mine) every day.
It really is a blast to drive. A Giulia is a practical sports car. It boggles the mind how well it handles.
Personally, I would avoid any 18 month old used car with 6k miles. The odds of that being a problem car are exceedingly high - that's for all cars, not just the Italians. Even with the warranty, life is too short to be talking to a dealer service tech on a regular basis.
Additionally, the 2017s have a lot going against them: new car, new engine, new brand, new dealer network, new service techs. If there's a real problem, these guys have to call the design engineers in Italy.
I'd say get one but get one new.
