These aren't a Torx Norm Posted by MI-Roger [Email] (#882) [Profile/Gallery] (more from MI-Roger) on Sun, 17 Mar 2019 17:32:45 In Reply to: Is a T30 not in your toolbox?, Norm9-5, Sun, 17 Mar 2019 11:57:23 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
I have both standard and ball head Torx in my tool box, from a T5 to a T55 in different configurations.
These were clearly a triangular recess screw head, which also had three ultra thin grooves in addition to the deeper recess. Tri-wing or a triangular tip tool required?
I did see ads for YouTube videos which purportedly prove a Torx will work on these fasteners. Your statement confirms this capability.
