Don't see a C6 in Audi nomenclature, perhaps they morphed into A6's. All the cars in that era are of the same ilk electrically, troublesome, depending on luck and the skill of the tech. Not as many skillful Audi folks as BMW and Benz. My BMW/Benz/Audi guys quite workin' on Audi's because there were so many proprietary tools that changed too often and weren't popular enough to justify the expense. Wouldn't surprise me in the least that that the later cars of that late 1990's generation had even more problems. I wonder when the Audis went to the can-bus arrangement?

I loved the 80/90 body style and the inline fives, and one of my all time favorites are the Coupe Quattros
