Transmission service.

I have my 04 alero, and it has 109k miles. I've put 9k miles on it since i bought it back in april. I'm wondering if anybody knows the suggested transmission service on these. on my 9-5, I just change the tranny fluid every 3-4th oil change. On my alero it doesn't seem as easy to do. Any suggestions? or is it best to take some where and have them do it for me?
