Nothing like data without context...
On small frontal overlap the Mazda CX9 and Honda Pilot also received poor, and the Toyota 4Runner, Hyundai Santa Fe, and Ford Explorer also received marginal. Are Mazda, Toyota, Hyundai, and Ford also out to murder you and everyone you know?
On small frontal overlap more midsized SUVs ranked marginal or worse than acceptable and above. The reason isn't at all mysterious or due to evil car companies disregard for your life. It's because it's a relatively new test (2012) and the cars designed before it don't do as well as the cars designed after it. The Grand Cherokee/Durango platform has been around since 2011 and the Journey since freaking 2009 (and probably no one ha bought one since then, so you're safe there). Of course cars designed in the last four years are safer, regardless of manufacturer, especially those designed after the test. The Chrysler products you mentioned actually all ranked 'good' in all other tests.
I'm not a particular fan of Chrysler, but I'm much less a fan of cherry picking data out of context to make asinine points on the internet bashing things due to some personal grudge.
