The b234 blocks and pistons and rods are pretty strong and will hold up fine from 400-450bhp. Many people have done 400-450bhp cars with stock internals. I made around 400bhp with a gt3071bb turbo. One girl is running her gt35r and just put down 464whp or 500bhp a couple of weeks ago. That is starting to push the envelope and that motor will not last forever, but it shows how strong they really are.

It all depends on you're hw and you're tune. If you get the right large ic to support the hp and a good turbo like a gt3071 turbo, the 3" dp and full exhaust and high flow cat and a decent intake and the right fuel injectors and the tune to match, you will be just fine at 400bhp.
