Justin VA has a write-up on the LH2.2 --> LH2.4 conversion but I don't see it on his site at the moment.
Running a non-turbo ECU with a Turbo engine probably isn't a good idea. If it were me, I'd turbocharge the existing engine, fit an LH2.2 Turbo ECU (newer the better, as the ECUs evolved from year to year), Turbo intake cam, leave the 3 bar fuel reg., add an APC, which is standalone, boost gauge, and go.
Other than the fact that earlier brakes are kind of a pain to work on, and typically clunk in reverse, there's not really a compelling reason to retrofit a car to the newer stuff, IMHO. I wouldn't do it again. YMMV.
