I ordered a new turbo cartridge and of course was hesitant because I didn't know if I could do it myself or was over my head. Their web site says "Assembly requires no special tools or skills and full instructions are provided." When it came with zero instructions I called them and they were nice, but said it is so simple it doesn't really even require instructions. First of all, they said they were talking about just the part of putting the cartridge in the turbo itself. This can STILL be messed up if you don't have everything marked so it lines up right before you re-install it and have to do the job all over again. Second, if it is so easy that it doesn't even require instructions, then don't state on the order page that it does.
My experience was that they were a little slow to respond to emails (I can't fault them for that, but I was anxious and they don't open until pretty late in the morning) but they were nice enough on the phone, but you had to call them. I just felt mislead about instructions, which I mostly got from WIS and other peoples' posts. -JerryC
