Jeff,
I'm not completly familar with your engine set up but as I stated before that I had the same problem with a ng900. The problem I was having was that the turbo could not handle such high pressures for more than a second or two. This sound like the same problem just different motor. The solution was that the turbo needed to be replaced and a new turbo one that could handle these pressures. A t-25/28 turbo was recommened for my car.
Now was your car previously running numbers this high or is this something new? If these number could were achieved with the stock turbo this is an great showing of power or at least I believe this is a great showing. As you mentioned earlier you already checked all of your vacuum hoses and the blow valve so I not sure were you go from here. It sounds like a leak if you were running these high number previously but this just a guess. I personally think that your running to high or boost number for your turbo. Mybe I'm wrong as I said earlier I'm not to familar with your set up.
