assume 2.5 bar at zero psi, for rrfpr (good idea with 30lb inj's). also assume wot ... open loop.
at zero boost
rail pressure is 2.5 bar, 37 psi
drop across inj is 37 psi
30/21 = 43% more fuel, vs stock control
at 20 psi boost
rail pressure is 37 + 1.7x20 = 71 psi
drop acr inj is 51 psi
30/21 x (51/37)^.5 = 68% more fuel, vs stock control
at 25 psi boost
rail pressure is 37 + 1.7x25 = 80 psi
drop acr inj is 60 psi
30/21 x (60/37)^.5 = 82% more fuel, vs stock control
if at 14:1 mixture stock, now at 9.8:1 at zero boost, 8.3:1 at 20 psi, and 7.7:1 at 25 psi.
unless inj duty cycle is maxed out early, way too much gas. mabe check inj duty cycle on next test. either do wide band lambda test or EGT test on next dyno.
imho, 30 lb injectors require new/chipped ecu, or a customized apexi safc ($300 us) to knock down oem maps.
