I hope that I am not totally off base here, but aren't you forgetting to calculate in, any increase in air mass, as boost increases? Also drop accross injector at 25 psi boost is 55 psi, changing that calclation a little.
If Jeff says A/F ratio is 12.7: throughout the run and if that is a correct reading, then I'd have to say that the fuel amount is correct, not too rich. Since he is running larger injectors and an adjustable RRFPR, there is a good posibility that his static fuel pressure is also lower, allowing the stock ECU to maintain resonable A/F ratio's. A lower static pressure would also change your calculations.
As others have mentioned, the fuel pump may be having problems sustaining the volume of fuel necessary at such high boost. I'd check this and also the ability to make good spark at such high pressures, but I have found spark problems feel more like a miss, than a loss of power. The fuel pump sounds like a good bet.
