Hey Steve I finally got rid of my 27psi spike by backing the wastegate up a bit. I didn't notice much difference with pot adjustments!
What voltage readings do you get as the boost rises? What's the temperature down under right now? Is it running rough off boost, maybe it's leaning out at the boost rises.
I have my AMM set at 380ohms and the spg9 RRFPR at their stock setting. I have no pinging problems and the boost (still) peaks close to 25psi and slowly fades down to 21psi at I near redline. the jet-coated manifold really makes the turbo spool quickly (along with the BB t-body),,,making it really finicky to get the boost right.
A/F:
Totally steady boost but low voltage readings (A/F) the whole time,,,a MAX of .75V and it just stays there! This is a new development this week.
so I have a leaning problem with no boost flutter and you have a rich running problem with no boost flutter, what the hell? I'm going to adjust hte AMM up just a tad and see if that makes a difference with the A/F
dude could you post the pics of my car on your site? pretty please:) I wish I knew how to put them directly on these postings!
