Hi kevin... cheers for that. I shall back it back to 16 or 18BTDC for comparison. I was just a little wary it may retard too much if i set initial timing at 16BTDC.... so thats OK is it?? not too low a timing setting?
By testing AID i assume you mean to suck/add vaccum or boost to check for advance/retard yeah?
Cheers for the comments re my site.. yeah, my dyno run was actually at 215 hp converted fly wheel. I ran just over 120kW on best run with (at that time anyways) max boost of 14psi. I had problems with AMM and LH ECU which both have been replaced and car is running a stack better since this run... run to 20psi now and butt dyno tells me torque and overall feel (HP) is much greater than when i did this run back in february! Another dyno run is in pipeline soon - maybe after summer next year (as its summer at the moment down under and too hot to do proper run)...
I run a Mitsubishi TE-05 turbo from a later C900 (stock config) and have upgraded to the stage 1 24lb injectors from SPG9...
cheers again
Steve
