All this stuff being stuck is pretty common for a car that's been a "sitter" for so long. You'll undoubtedly have to pump out and replace all the brake fluid and possibly replace rubber seals in the brakes, and if it's spraying under the driver's seat you most likely also need to replace the metal pipe that runs along the floor to the rear brakes. I don't know about the clutch, but it's probably the same kind of problem -- frozen hydraulics from sitting a long time. Tracking down and fixing all this stuff is messy and tedious, but not hellishly expensive and routine for a long-dormant car.

The stuck lock button is probably why the door won't shut. If you take off the inner door panel (remove trim screws, hardware, and black capping piece across the top, then carefully pry loose) you can get at the whole mechanism, although it takes dextrous fingers to reach the lock cylinder itself. The button may have stuck in because the latch mechanism is stuck (wiggle it until it unsticks) or because the button has twisted in its hole, causing the lock tab to hang up on the surrounding hardware (untwist it so it pops out.)

If the battery fell through the trunk floor, it sounds as if you've got some rust problems back there -- not uncommon. Once you get to where you can try to start it, you can start seeing what else needs doing.
