Yes, welcome! It does look you got a well-preserved Sonett, but as you are aware, anything that has sat that long may have various gremlins and kinks to work out....but staring from a solid frame with little to no rust and a good interior puts you way ahead.
I am a relatively new Sonett owner (bought one that had been restored already about 18 months ago) and have learned a lot here on this forum.
Other places you will want to start following are
1) the vsaab newsgroup on groups.yahoo.com (vsaab = vintage Saab)
2) vsaab.com web site
As for parts, there are a few good sources. As you mentioned, Mark Ashcraft (markashcraft.com) has a good catalog with both existing parts, specially made parts, and a rebuild service. MSS (Motor Sports Service) owned by Jack Lawrence in New Jersey also has a good catalog of engine and transmission parts. (He does not have a web site, but you can just search this form or the web for phone contact info for MSS and give them a call.)
Good luck!
