Hard Brake Pedal

I just filled up the brake container on my Sonett III, after putting on a new hose, and the brake pedal is rock hard. I had a helper push the pedal while I spun the wheel up in the air. The front left clamped shut, along with the front right. I did the same for the rear left and I heard a metal clunk and the rear wheel stopped. The brakes are frozen tight and the car won't move. Any ideas? I'm thinking about a hammer to the brake pad or open a brake line.
