I see you have the phenolic block and an electric fuel pump added to your main mechanical pump.
Do you have any fuel lines that are in an area that gets hot when the engine is running?
Like a line laying on the block, waterline, valve cover etc. This could be causing the vapor lock.
I take it you are running a Fomoco carb?
Just some thoughts.
