I got one from Jack last Spring. He had just had a new batch made up at that time, but implied there might not be too many runs after that one. If he is out, I believe Mark Ashcraft is making custom header pipes and could probably run up either a Y-type exhaust or a stock-looking dual exhaust in a larger diameter. If all else fails, your friendly local muffler shop may be able to help you out.
As a side note, I LOOOOOOOOOOVE my MSS exhaust. I got the two muffler version and it is just right for me. Not too loud (quieter than my rotted-out stock at idle and low revs). With rebuilt heads and opened up exhaust ports/donuts, it really woke up the motor.
