The change in behaviour is gradually. When cold changing goes without problem, if warm changing to first and reverse are hard. It is not the mechanism, but it is as if the clutch is not releasing fully. It does not matter if the car is rolling or standing still, but I can shift if the engine is off. The engine has been out last year, clutch and bearings were OK. Hope this helps a bit. It indeed looks like a hydraulics problem. The main cilinder is new, the slave cilinder overhauled.
