Thanks, that picture series should be helpful for a lot of things.
I got some ideas from Craig Ks post. Rather than take the dash apart to replace whole lines I spliced a couple sections of new duct tube in, replacing the parts with the worst crush/kinks, and using some cut up empty silicone caulk tube as the splice pieces. Will see if there is improvement in air flow when I take it for a drive tomorrow.
