Elsewhere in this forum, EasyLift E072-862 gas struts were recommended as a working part for the hatch glass lifts. It was said these were also for a Nissan Maxima hood, but not what years of the Maxima. It does not seem that EasyLift brand struts are available any more, so in terms of looking for other comparable struts for a Nissan Maxima hood, a model year range would be helpful. Anyone pinned that down yet?
