Take that is left of the hose to a muffler shop and see if they can duplicate the bend. Cut off as close to the bend as possible and reconnect 2 straight hoses to each end. If you can flare the tube ends out with pliers just a little bit this helps prevents leakage, harder to connect the hose though. I have done this a lot with street rods.
