brake pedal [saabnet.com]

I dont have anything that new. I am taking a guess here based on other vehcles
I have worked on. Either the pump is bad or the computer valve body has a
problem.

Q1- do you hear the pump run when you first turn the key?

Q2- if you loosen a blead nipple on a rear brake do you get fluid flow, a
constant stream with the ignition on without pumping the pedal?

If no to 1 & 2 your pump may be kaput.

HOWEVER I can't say that this is a good test for a 93, does work on older
models and makes.
