Yes, look for vaccuum leaks. Look at the ends of the intake manifold that
serve the outside cylinder. A simple test that sometimes works is to, while
the engine is running, spray a bit of WD-40 onto a suspected leak. (like the
manifold gaskets or threaded fittings) if the engine revs up, then you know
it sucked some of the WD-40. More likely though, one of the hoses is
unplugged or split.
