Subject: Antifreeze and Brake Sieze
=================
I am going to assume that you are mechanically inclined, and wont go through step by step.

if you apply power directly from the battery to the starter does it work fine?

If it works fine here you need to back track the power.
if not are the battery cables in good condition and the battery charged?

Have you replaced or at least checked the relay?
you will need to follow the power that triggers the starter. relay block, key, relay, etc and
make sure you have good power all the way along and that the wires are in good shape.

I have, on ocassion, created a parallel circuit to see if that is the problem.
