The TSN Gin tournament will begin soon! We will be using the Gin gaming facilities at Yahoo.com. You will be required to create an account on Yahoo.com in order to play Gin there. You can find the Gin area at the following link:
Once you have created your account, use the link below to enter the contest. Once entries are closed, the playing brackets will be set up at random and you will receive further instructions for playing matches. Each match will be the best two out of three games. Players will have two days to complete their match after which 2 time slots will be assigned for match play. If neither player shows up for a match, the bracket winner scheduled to play the winner will be given a bye. By default, Oklahoma rules will be used (i.e. When knocking, deadwood (unmatched cards) is limited to the amount of the initial face up card with face cards equaling 10 - when an Ace is the initial card, players must play to Gin). If the two players agree to alternative rules, those may be used instead. Games are to 100 points or as otherwise agreed at the time of play by the players.
