Looks about same as the unbroken one - angle is a little off, but it will lock. Note the reinforcing metal plate at lower part of picture.

Plastic retainer
This is one of two such retainers that fit into the frame of the car to support the light bar. Sometimes has to be carefully pried out or use small screwdriver to help disengage its tabs.
