2002 Saab 9-3 - aka New-La (new Ula)Bought on Ebay in 2013 with 67k miles. Still driving her 139k now, but starting to have troubles, tiny plastic parts popping..
1996 Saab 900s cvt-aka ULA bought on Ebay in '05 and drove her to the boneyard with 200k+ miles. I picked the boneyard because it was exactly 17 mile to turn the odometer to 200k and only then did I realize that the odometer only worked half the time...hence the 200k+
East coast country girl, turned city girl, turned country girl. Bought my first Saab when I came back to CT, in love since, quirks, booby traps, malicious snickers and all. Favorite mechanic Keil at European Auto in Norwalk, CT. The key to loving Saabs if you don't know how to fix them yourself is finding a Saab expert and letting NO ONE ELSE TOUCH them! Hint- if your mechanic says, oh its a Saab...leave immediately!
