With that it mind, the only thing that could come out of the suit was that it was fraudulant, but not damaging. It's also kinda funny you mention about how its creators lost control of it - I was flipped through some back issues of Motor Trend from decade or more ago, and saw some ads for Slick 50 in the back - it looked very different back then....
