Say what you want about the program. I think it's a pain in the butt and a backdoor revenue generator for the State(s). However, it *has* forced folks with dirty running cars to clean them up annually in the selected areas. Most of the folks in this group were already well in compliance because they maintain their cars. Many other folks are not and need a dope slap to get them to do something. easily pass unless you do an occasional tuneup. Bob
