I purchased 3 SAABs from the old Scott SAAB in Pinellas Park ('99, '01 and '04 all 9-3 verts), when they opened up the Tampa dealer (same owner) I started using them for the Service. If I buy another SAAB it will likely be from Tampa, Dimmit is too far away for me.

I have no experience since they changed owners but overall Tampa dealer was OK in past, like some said Joe is efficient, but I have a hard time getting loaners so for routine service I have to wait around. For me I live about 45 minutes east so I can't easily get a ride back home or to work.

Fortunately with my 2004 vert with one exception I've never had anything really major that required I leave the car, and in the one exception case I did get a loaner since I arranged it ahead of time. Back at the pinellas park dealer I could get a loaner even if the car was just in for a routine maintance service. I

I really love SAAB's but next car might be a tough call for me. BMW Lakeland is right around the corner from my house and the new 3 series hardtop convert is looking mighty tempting.
