follow-up on possible air in ABS Posted by Gator Ray [Email] (#1044) [Profile/Gallery] (more from Gator Ray) on Fri, 7 Aug 2020 07:32:02 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
Overview: 2003 9-3 r/r caliper replacement--possibility that air has entered ABS?
All lines bled with power bleed kit. With engine off, pedal is firm. With engine on, pedal sinks to floor. Odd creaking noise emitting from front right wheel while pedal is moving (no previous issue).
Replaced brake master cylinder, power bled all lines with copious amounts of brake fluid, same outcome, with the inclusion of brake warning lights that are now on(low brake fluid/brake failure/contact SAAB repair).
If air has entered ABS system, how can I expel that? Help!
Thanks!
