Bernie, Thanks for all the great info...
I'm leaning towards air in the ABS or a faulty rebuilt rear caliper; less inclined that the right front caliper is faulty as it had not been making the odd creaking noise prior to replacing the rear caliper, but I will check that, too.
When following your process to bleed the ABS, should the ignition be "off", "on" or engine running? How much brake fluid should I expect to run through the ABS? What is a normal amount of fluid one should run thru each line before it's "bled"?
