I bought a 2008 convertible a few years ago that had a similar issue. One of the rear floor mats was a bit wet and there was some water in the spare wheel well. My Saab dealer told me that's common on these cars to have a blocked drain up at the engine firewall, and if the car is parked angled up, the water will find its way to the back. In my case, there was a mouse nest blocking those drains - cleaned it out and never had a problem again.
