Good work! It is *really* nice to have heat on the toes again, isn't it!

As you had to, I also had to re-calibrate a couple of times. In fact, the motor shaft would not line up after the first calibration, so I did the second calibration and shut off the car just as the shaft got to the right position (so I could stop the shaft from rotating further... something it kept doing). I then assembled everything and did a third re-calibration and it all worked perfectly.

As for the brushes, they sound like a dealer-only item, or some thing you could get from a good electrical supply house.
