Sorry to hear about the issues. They do sound quite fixable though:
1) likely a fan (if no air blows) or you will get a code (as bobc described) to guide you -- this will be $150 for stepping motor, $300 blower, or $99 blend door repair kit;
2) sid is a pita, iron described by bobc worked for me, redo as necessary, or try someone who advertises on saabnet in the classifieds section;
3) try graphite in the ignition slot, maybe something is stuck, otherwise a new switch ($140) may be the answer;
4) site has instruction for removing door panels, a couple of screws and the trim pulls off, rollers are $3 each or if related to the (un)locking, mabe a linkage is loose.
Sometimes the signal from the remote to the car is not read correctly. Pushing the remote's buttons repeatedly will sync the two, whereby the locks then 'work'. If you have not replaced the remote's battery lately, consider a trip to Radio Shack.
If you don't feel comfortable doing this, an indy could fix these right up for you.
Good luck to you!
