Brake booster whistle (vacuum problem)?

Has anyone experienced a whistle related to the brake booster? Once warmed up and running down the road I begin to hear an annoying whistle. Applying the brakes or throttle makes the noise go away. I attempted to troubleshoot vacuum lines when at idle but the noise is clearer from the cabin. Seems to be related to brake booster because slowly applying the brakes 'pinches' the whistle noise. I've begun playing the brake pedal trying to change the pitch. :-)
Any thoughts? 2002 Aero with new brakes (7/07) and resurfaced rotors.
