I got the inline fuse holder, a small box of assorted blade fuses (needed some extra anyway) and a box of 10 box crimps; the total was $7.40 with tax.
Nothing really needs to be soldered. When you lift the panel to get underneath the relays, I just crimped one end of the jumper wire to the 87 white wire and the other end of the jumper wire to one of the 2 87a purple wires using the box crimps (I then wrapped electrical tape around the crimps to make sure they hold). That essentially jumps pin 7 to pin 2.
This was all confusing to me until I actually looked at what needed to be done under the hood. I just poked around until it finally made sense. Search this board for the wiring diagram that helped me make sense of the wires.
Like I mentioned before, you'll see that it is very easy to do, just a little harder to understand in writing.
