What are you talking about, exactly?
There are several keys seen on ebay in the 9-5 listings.
Some will work in certain 9-5s, two won't work in ANY 9-5...
AFAIK, Any Saab 9-5 can use the remote and transponder that fits in the key. I think that's what you're on about, but I wasn't sure. I've done it for two spare keys. My 2002 9-5 came with one all-in-one, and one with the banana remote and key with the built-in transponder. I bought two cut keys for my car, and bought two cut keys (but they won't work in my car) off e-bay. I installed the remote/transponder in the keys cut for my car, and had my mechanic marry them all to the car. I now have four keys for the car, which is the most you can have. Three of the all-in-one, and the one banana and transponder key.
Note that when you get the keys mated to the car, you must have ALL of them with you.
