I had the same thing happen to me. on my 2001 95 Aero.
It was the ABS controller. You remove the battery and battery tray. Unbolt the fusebox and move it out of the way and then take out 6 torx screws in the front of the controller. Disconnect the connector and send the controller to BBS in Boston. http://www.bbs-reman-com
I think it is $159 plus shipping and they send your unit back fixed. You can drive your car in the meantime.....you will have no ABS. Cover the solenoid actuation rods that are exposed with the above removal with plastic sheet or a Plastic freezer bag and tape it in place to keep the actuation rods clean.
It is my understand that the common fault is a tiny wire inside the controller that breaks due to heat and vibration. BBS has full bench testing capability, so you know the controller is repaired.
A dealer will want to replace the whole unit at $3000 + labor.
